A group session is defined as a group of 5 to 25 riders participating in a photo shoot. The primary objective of a group session is get the best possible photographs of the riders participating in the photo shot, without interrupting the normal flow and dynamics of the group ride. In essence, the group ride should occur as if there was no photo shoot being conducted.
Group events are handled in this manner to ensure that the interests of all riders in the group are taken into consideration. This includes those riders that are not participating in the photo shoot.
The only initial cost for each rider participating in a group session is $3.00. The $3.00 covers the cost of bib-number and race number plate. The purchaser can keep the bib-number and race number plate after the group session has ended.
Bib-numbers and race number plates can be used by the original rider for future group sessions.
The bib-number and race number plate helps us identify those riders that are participating in the group session and helps us organize the photographs when we upload them into your photo gallery for your viewing. Not only this, they look cool!
